Position Title: Mid+ Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Remote - LATAM

What you will be doing

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across our SaaS platform. This role is critical in improving incident response, system observability, and performance optimization, while proactively preventing disruptions.

As part of the Cloud Operations organization, you will lead post-incident investigations, implement preventative strategies, and partner with Engineering and Observability teams to enhance system resilience. You will also play a key role in building automation, improving time-to-resolution (TTR), and enabling a data-driven approach to reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess

Strong expertise in SRE practices, incident management, and production operations.

Hands-on experience with observability tools such as

New Relic

Datadog

Sumo Logic

• or similar platforms
• Proficiency in programming/scripting (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, SQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure acceptable).
• Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience troubleshooting C#/.NET web applications and performance issues.

Nice to Have

Experience with

• CI/CD pipelines
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

Strong troubleshooting experience in

Windows environments

SQL Server

Previous experience as a

Software Engineer

System Administrator

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
