Production Team Member

If you like staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in getting product out the door the right way, this is a great fit. Our production floor is fast-paced, quality-focused, and built on teamwork with opportunities to learn multiple roles.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

You’ll be trained and assigned based on production needs, experience, and your strengths. Work may include

• Packing / Packaging: Inspect product, verify counts and labels, keep up with line speed, and maintain quality standards.
• Palletizing: Build pallets safely and accurately, stay alert to product codes, and keep workflow moving.
• Operator / NL17 Support: Operate or support equipment and processes requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail.
• General Production Work: Support multiple areas as assigned; follow safety and food safety expectations; complete required checks and paperwork.
• Cross-training: Learn additional workstations to support staffing needs and production changes.
