  • Our client, a growing food distribution company, is looking for a Sales Specialist for premium products like steaks and wines.
  • We are specifically seeking candidates with a hotel or hospitality background, as the role focuses on managing and expanding partnerships with hotels and restaurants.

Location: Makati

Work Setup: Onsite / Field-based

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, and key accounts in the hospitality industry.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
  • Promote and sell premium food products, including high-quality steaks and wines.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and client meetings to showcase offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably from hotels, restaurants, or the food service industry.
  • Strong network within the hospitality (HORECA) industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience in handling or selling premium products (e.g., meats, wines, specialty food items) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs in the hotel and restaurant space.
