WHO YOU ARE

You are a proactive and organised coordinator with prior experience in administration or construction environments, or you’re looking to build a career in the industry. You’re reliable, take initiative, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced site environment.

You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships, and are comfortable supporting both office-based and on-site activities. Most importantly, you’re eager to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a future site-based role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will support the day-to-day coordination and administration of site activities on the Robertson Barracks Base Improvement Project, working closely with the Senior Site Supervisor and Construction Manager. This role will give you hands-on exposure to how projects are delivered, while helping keep site operations organised, efficient, and on track.

Key responsibilities include

  • Assisting with daily site coordination, including subcontractors, deliveries, and logistics
  • Following up on scheduled or incomplete works and flagging delays or issues
  • Supporting the team in resolving day-to-day site challenges
  • Managing project documentation, including document control, trackers, and registers
  • Coordinating meetings, calendars, and communications across the project team
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
  • Supporting communication with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Assisting with quality checks and ensuring compliance with project standards
