Job Overview
Global Staff Network is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive client acquisition and support business growth in the outsourcing sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales and outsourcing services, with the ability to manage the entire client lifecycle—from prospecting and closing deals to account management and expansion.
This role requires someone who can confidently engage with international clients, particularly in the Australia and US markets, and build long-term business relationships that generate sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B opportunities in target markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery calls, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, particularly in the Australia and US markets.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate outsourcing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide market insights and feedback to leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outsourcing/BPO sales.
- Proven experience managing the full client lifecycle—from prospecting and closing deals to account management and expansion.
- At least 1 year of experience as a BPO Sales Manager or in a sales leadership role.
- Experience working with international clients (Australia or US markets preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of client acquisition and account growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven sales environment.
