We’re looking for a Data Integrity Analyst to join our Supply Chain team, based at our North Sydney Head Office.

You’ll own the accuracy and reliability of customer and product master data across key systems, helping keep order processing, supply chain execution and business decision-making running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and changes of new customer accounts, establishing and updating credit terms, maintaining product master data, and managing pricing.
  • Govern customer and product master data across ERP, CRM, GS1, middleware, customer interfaces and 3PL systems.
  • Monitor and resolve data flow and integration issues across orders, ASN and invoicing, including root cause analysis.
  • Build reporting and controls to identify discrepancies, improve data quality and reduce recurring issues.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, Finance and Commercial teams to embed data standards and support audits.

Ideally you will have

  • Experience in master data maintenance, data governance, systems alignment or systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of how ERP, CRM and customer systems use and share master data.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, GS1, EDI concepts and customer integrations. M3 and Veeva would be a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, Power Query and pivot tables.
  • An analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to spot issues before they become business problems.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders. Power BI would be beneficial.
