What you’ll contribute to

Are you passionate about data, financial analysis and driving business performance? Join our Regional Franchise Development team as a Financial & Business Planning Analyst , where you'll play a key role in supporting dealer performance, business planning and strategic decision-making across the Toyota network.

In this role, you will analyse and report on dealer performance, support financial and business planning initiatives, and provide insights that help drive dealer viability, growth and reinvestment within the Toyota brands.

This is a permanent full-time role based at Port Melbourne.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support the implementation of financial and business plans, processes and procedures to achieve Regional Franchise Development objectives.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of financial reporting systems, tools and processes that enable regions and dealers to meet business performance standards.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret financial and operational data, preparing reports, presentations and insights to inform effective decision-making.
  • Monitor dealer financial performance and reporting activities, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain systems and processes that ensure data accuracy, integrity and effective performance monitoring.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing support on finance and business-related matters, resolving queries and escalating issues where required.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience coordinating projects and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful trends.
  • Experience in management accounting and working with financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement focus.
