Based in Glendale, NSW

Full time (75 hours per fortnight)

Salary range: $72,200 - $80,900 (inclusive of super)

Job Description

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team in Glendale, a close-knit regional town known for its strong agricultural roots and vibrant community spirit. As a Personal Banker, you’ll represent Beyond Bank Australia by delivering exceptional customer service aligned with our Customer Ownership Strategy. You’ll build trusted relationships with local customers, offer personalised financial solutions, and actively participate in community initiatives that make a real difference in Glendale—all while contributing to the success of the branch through individual performance.

Provide a personalised banking experience to new and existing members

Proactively identify member needs and connect them with appropriate banking solutions

Manage member inquiries, transactions, and account maintenance with professionalism and attention to detail

Collaborate with specialists across the organisation to offer comprehensive financial solutions

Foster a positive and supportive team environment through effective communication and collaboration

Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development

Qualifications

  • Excellent member service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting member relationships
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in banking products, services, and industry regulations
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced customer service environment
  • Passion for serving the local community and contributing to its growth
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Banking or financial services experience is preferred but not essential

What does our recruitment process look like?
