The Customer Data & Analytics team transforms enterprise data into actionable insights that drive customer success, operational excellence, and strategic business outcomes. Partnering across Customer Success, Software Support, Product Management, Business Operations, and Executive Leadership, the team delivers reporting, analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven recommendations that improve customer experiences and business performance.
Leveraging modern analytics platforms, business intelligence technologies, and advanced data strategies, we help leaders understand customer health, product adoption, operational efficiency, and business trends. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact analytics function that influences customer success strategy, operational performance, and executive decision-making across NCR Atleos. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing people, building scalable analytics capabilities, improving business processes, and partnering cross-functionally to turn complex data into meaningful insights that enable smarter decisions and exceptional customer outcomes.
Position Summary
NCR Atleos is seeking a Business Operations Manager to be a leader in our Customer Data & Analytics team within the Customer Success Management (CSM) organization. This leader will be responsible for managing a team of business intelligence and analytics professionals focused on transforming enterprise data into actionable business insights that improve customer outcomes, operational performance, and strategic decision-making.
The Business Operations Manager will oversee the development of analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting frameworks while driving operational excellence initiatives across customer support, product adoption, business operations, and customer success functions. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to establish key performance indicators, identify business opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership capabilities with expertise in business intelligence, analytics strategy, process improvement, and data governance.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business intelligence and data analytics professionals.
- Develop and execute analytics strategies that provide actionable insights across customer success, software support, product usage, and business operations.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of reporting solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics platforms.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives through data analysis and automation.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and reporting consistency.
- Lead complex analytics projects and manage priorities, timelines, and resources.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience delivering executive dashboards and performance metrics.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in related discipline.
- Experience within customer success, software support, fintech, banking, payments, or SaaS environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Relevant analytics, agile, project management, or cloud certifications.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Fabric Copilot.
