About The Role
Main objektives: 
- Planning, preparation and execution of installations in a fashion retail environment
- Ensuring efficient, standardized and scalable implementation of solutions
- Technical integration of systems into existing customer infrastructures
- Supporting projects throughout the entire implementation lifecycle (from design to go-live)
Responsibilities
- Technical planning and preparation of installations (e.g. devices, infrastructure, platforms)
- Analysis of customer requirements and translation into technical implementation concepts
- Creation of installation plans and technical documentation
- Execution and coordination of installations (remote and on-site), including internal teams, partners, and service providers
- Ensuring adherence to quality, timeline and budget targets
- Integration of solutions into existing customer systems (e.g. APIs, interfaces, data models)
- Customization of solutions based on client needs (e.g. templates, location-based services)
- Support with data integration and system configuration
- Support or ownership of technical project management tasks
- Documentation and tracking of implementation activities
- Development and standardization of installation processes and best practices
Qualifications
- Technical background (e.g. IT, software development, electrical engineering, or similar)
- Experience in delivering technical projects, ideally in a retail or system integration environment
- Knowledge of system integration, interfaces (APIs) and data processing
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working in a customer-facing context
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Python and HTML is an advantage
- Experience with platform solutions, devices and digital retail technologies is a plus

For the advertised position, the minimum collective agreement base salary is € 3,267.00 gross per month, with a willingness to overpay depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
