Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive testing of workbench applications and systems across multiple environments
Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
Identify, document, and track defects using established bug tracking systems
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and validate solutions
Conduct performance and load testing to assess system stability and reliability
Participate in test automation initiatives and maintain automated test scripts
Provide clear and timely feedback on quality issues and testing progress

Requirements

Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools
Ability to analyze requirements and create effective test strategies
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of banking or financial systems is preferred
