About The Role

As an Executive in our CLM Domestic BFSI team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships. Your primary focus will be on handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues promptly. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our brand and ensuring a seamless experience.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, or live chat.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.
