About The Role

At FTMO, our internal accounting team is an integral part of the finance department and manages a portfolio of dozens of companies – from smaller firms to billion-level players, primarily in the Czech Republic. With the dynamic expansion of our portfolio, we are looking for a new colleague to help us grow further. Thanks to automation and the support of our top-notch IT team, we strive to minimize routine tasks, use smart solutions, and make our work engaging.

We are now seeking a Junior Accountant who is eager to learn, develop, and become part of our accounting team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Process accounting documents and post routine transactions (invoices, petty cash, bank).
Enter and verify payment orders.
Collaborate on quarterly financial closings of individual companies.
Support the preparation of annual financial statements and documents for auditors.
Handle ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks.
Cooperate closely with the Controlling department.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

Secondary education in economics.
2+ years of experience in junior accounting role or similar position
Basic knowledge of the Helios iNuvio or Pohoda system
Basic understanding of accounting and tax regulations and knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel at the level of basic functions.
Independence, attention to detail, logical thinking, and organizational skills.
Fluent Czech and communicative English – we are an international team.
