ABOUT THE ROLE

At Bright Machines, we’re transforming the way things are made — combining software, robotics, and automation to revolutionize manufacturing. As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and mission-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the teams that power our innovation.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll own searches from start to finish, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging candidate experience. We’re seeking someone who understands the unique dynamics of hiring in robotics, automation, and manufacturing environments — and who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and help scale our hiring function as we grow.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles from intake through offer acceptance.
  • -
  • Lead high-volume hiring initiatives for Manufacturing Production workers supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
  • -
  • Recruit exempt and non-exempt manufacturing support roles
  • -
  • Partner closely with Operations leaders and HR to understand production forecasts, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
  • -
  • Build creative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, social media, community organizations, workforce agencies, technical schools, and local partnerships.
  • -
  • Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community recruiting activities.
  • -
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
  • -
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
  • -
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipeline reporting within ATS (Lever)
  • -
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, source effectiveness, and hiring funnel health.

  • Partner with HR and Operations to continuously improve hiring processes and onboarding.
  • -
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on interviewing, market conditions, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices.

  • Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen Bright Machines' reputation as an employer of choice within the local manufacturing community.

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

  • -
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • -
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial, or similar environments.
  • -
  • Experience leading high-volume hourly recruiting.
  • -
  • Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • -
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple recruiting channels.
  • -
  • Experience coordinating hiring events and community recruiting initiatives.
  • -
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Lever experience is a plus).
  • -
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
