Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of designing presentations and business reports for confidential internal projects and client-facing presentations. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and informative materials that meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality presentations, business reports, and other visual materials for internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level presentations and client-facing reports
• Develop engaging and effective visual communications that meet the company's brand guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to understand project requirements and design needs
• Design internal projects, such as board reports, investor presentations, and other sensitive materials
• Create client-facing presentations, reports, and other materials that showcase the company's products and services
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all visual materials
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on presentation and report design
• Strong portfolio of presentation and report design work, including examples of confidential internal projects and client-facing presentations
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically PowerPoint, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling and communication
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality when working on sensitive projects

• Strong understanding of brand identity and consistency, with the ability to develop and maintain a strong brand voice and visual identity
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

• Experience with data visualization and infographic design
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices for designing inclusive materials
• Experience with design systems and style guides
