Maintenance Clerk

About The Role
We have a Maintenance Clerk position open at our site located in Pflugerville , TX . This position is a Mon-Friday, 7AM-5PM. In this position you will be working w/ vendors, must be able to communicate well, and have excellent time management.
The duties for this position are the following.
- Communicate with Vendors
- Order heavy duty truck parts and materials, Experience preferred
- File truck/dot documents
- Create purchase orders for parts and materials ordered
- Communicate with technicians on the needs of the shop
- Organize and maintain parts in stock
- Truck information/date entry
