We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Clinical Support Specialist based in Switzerland!

This is a field-based role available in the Suisse Romande region of Switzerland.

Purpose : The Associate Clinical Support Specialist is an established individual that provides support for internal teams in the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, including the ability to design, structure, and lead projects. Excellent understanding of customer, business intelligence, and industry trends. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

You will be responsible for

  • Your primary work environment will be the operating room.
  • Support the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Professionally and rapidly introduce new products to the market.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with various stakeholders, including surgeons, operating room staff, purchasing personnel, and other decision-makers.
  • Coordinate and organize customer training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops in collaboration with other specialists.
  • Support the implementation of Value Based Healthcare-oriented solutions

Qualifications / Requirements

  • University graduate (Bachelor’s degree) required. Master’s degree a plus
  • Knowledge of the medical technology field is an advantage.
  • Native French speaker; English is required; German is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner.
  • Passion for the healthcare sector and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
  • Openness to innovation and digital technologies, strong collaboration skills, team spirit, and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and persuasive skills.
