Lead and deliver Risk & Regulatory transformation engagements across banking and financial services clients.
Advise clients on Non-Financial Risk, Compliance, Conduct Risk, Operational Risk, Governance, and Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
Design and enhance risk governance frameworks, operating models, policies, controls, and reporting capabilities.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and business adoption.
Provide advisory support on regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations issued by CBUAE, SAMA, DFSA, ADGM, and other regional regulators.

Stay abreast of regulatory developments, industry trends, and leading practices.
Contribute to thought leadership, business development, proposals, and client pursuits.
Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Strong understanding of Non-Financial Risk Management within the banking and financial services sector.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including CBUAE, SAMA, Basel, CMA, and SCA frameworks.
Experience developing and enhancing Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, Operational Risk, Conduct Risk, and Risk Reporting frameworks.
