About The Role

As a BPM - EXE, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our business processes, particularly in the Collections department. Your primary focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that our customer care executives (CCEs) have the tools and processes in place to deliver exceptional service. This role requires a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to process improvement.

  • Oversee and analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer care, to align process improvements with overall business goals.
  • Train and mentor CCEs on best practices and new process implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical practices.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for further development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business process management or a similar role, preferably in a customer-centric industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using process mapping and analysis tools, as well as project management software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and best practices is an advantage.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and process improvements.
