Sales & Customer Support Executive – Healthcare Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our expanding Healthcare Sales team.

The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised, and an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building, persuasion, and negotiation skills. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers through inbound and outbound telephone communication.
Understand customers' individual needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by increasing order values through upselling and cross-selling.
Complete a structured weekly outbound call programme.
Retain and develop existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Process customer orders received via phone, email, and web.
Prepare quotations and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an up-to-date awareness of industry developments, market trends, and customer needs.
Share relevant market and customer feedback with the wider business to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

Previous experience in telesales, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
A confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative and IT skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently using your own initiative, while also contributing positively as part of a team.
