About This Opportunity

Join the UNIQLO Future Leaders Internship Programme and gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, employer branding, and campus recruitment initiatives. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support branding and recruitment activities while learning how UNIQLO attracts, engages, and develops future talent.

What You Will Learn

By the end of the internship, you will

• Understand the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate attraction and screening support to interview coordination and hiring follow-up.
• Gain exposure to candidate attraction and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Learn how data and insights support hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support application review, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination across recruitment activities.
• Assist with career fairs, campus events, and recruitment campaigns.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including brainstorming content ideas for branding videos, social media content, posters, and campus engagement materials.
• Support recruitment reporting and talent pipeline tracking.
• Assist with recruitment operations and project-based initiatives that improve candidate experience, process efficiency, and campus engagement.
