We are seeking a dedicated and organized Social Media Manager to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for engaging with our online community, managing social media accounts, and ensuring a positive brand presence across various platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to enhance the overall online experience.
Position: Social Media Manager
- Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month
- Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)
Holidays: TBD
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including captions, graphics, and short-form videos
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads)
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Support paid social campaigns in coordination with the marketing or ads team
Requirements
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
- Must have social media management experience with Australian or New Zealand clients, companies, brands or agencies
- Strong experience in social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and content planning skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- PORTFOLIO is required.
