We are looking for a motivated Junior Full-stack Software Engineer to join a project developing advanced information systems for the automotive sector.

The platform supports and automates service management, logistics, and e-commerce workflows. Our team works in an AI-native engineering environment where coding agents are used as part of the daily development process.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and deliver features across the database, backend, and frontend;
Use AI coding agents to explore the codebase, implement features, refactor code, and generate tests;
Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability;
Break requirements down into clear, manageable, and verifiable development tasks;
Collaborate with the development team throughout the entire delivery process.
Basic practical experience with TypeScript or JavaScript;
Understanding of both backend and frontend development fundamentals;
Familiarity with Git, Conventional Commits, and Docker;
Ability to take ownership of a task and work independently from implementation to delivery;
Experience with Next.js, NestJS, or Strapi v5 is a plus;
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Agentic coding (must-have — this is the real bar)

Practical experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, or similar tools;
Ability to plan tasks and effectively review AI-generated code;
Familiarity with MCP servers, subagents, or repository instructions is an advantage.

Salary range - 20 00 EUR to 3000 EUR monthly before taxes.
