Logistics Manager- F&B sector

We are hiring a Mid to Senior Level Logistics Manager for our coffee brand in Heliopolis. You will oversee the safe, efficient transport of raw coffee beans and packaged coffee products.

• Experience: 3 to 8+ years

What You Will Do

• Manage supply chain operations from bean sourcing to delivery.
• Oversee dry storage facilities to maintain coffee bean quality.
• Ensure compliance with beverage safety and handling laws.
• Negotiate contracts with shipping lines and local carriers.
• Track inventory levels of green beans and packaged goods.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators.
• Optimize delivery routes to cafes and retail partners.

Requirements

• Proven logistics experience in coffee or beverages is required.
• Strong knowledge of dry cargo and shelf-stable goods.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• Excellent negotiation and team leadership skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and strong command of English.
• Living in or near Heliopolis is preferred.
