Learning BP Assistant

• A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (WHY DOES THIS JOB EXISTS)
• This role is responsible for supporting the regional leadership program annual deploy plan, leading the internal
• promotion channel to drive the learning culture, provide on-site training logistic support, regular update training
• dashboard for reporting purpose.

B. PRIMARY DUTIES

1. Training Support

• Provide logistic support and event management for the on-site training
• Provide live support if it is virtual learning solutions

1. Learning Score Card

• Update training record, feedback & report
• Create or update learning dashboard for Sales, Service and Project Delivering
• Provide assistant support for internal procurement process

1. Marketing & Communication

• SharePoint update
• Monthly Newsletter
• Event Communication

C. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and influencing skills both vertically and horizontally
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fast leaner of new technology/solutions

1. Education: Master or Bachelor in HR/OD/Psychology/English
