About The Role

Honeywell UOP Korea is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Program Lead) to support the execution of Modular projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from proposal handover through execution and closeout.

Lead assigned Modular, FastFEED, and EPF projects from project kickoff through successful completion.
Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction activities.
Manage project scope, risks, opportunities, and change control processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
Ensure project execution aligns with UOP standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions when required.
Lead project reviews and communicate project status to management and customers.
Support proposal, planning, and resource forecasting activities for upcoming projects.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or engineering execution.
Experience managing EPC, Modular, Process Plant, Petrochemical, Refining, LNG, Energy, or Industrial projects.
Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
