1. Social Media Content Creation & Management

• Develop engaging content for GALERI PETRONAS platforms
• Assist with designing, caption writing, scheduling posts, and maintaining content calendars.
• Support photography/videography during gallery events and exhibitions.
• Track social media analytics and propose content improvements.

1. Marketing & Campaign Support

• Help execute campaigns for exhibitions, programs, and gallery initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly reports.

1. Stakeholder Engagement Support

• Assist in coordinating communication with key stakeholders
• Prepare briefing notes, presentation decks, and stakeholder communication materials.
• Support logistics for stakeholder engagements, planned walkthroughs, and media previews.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and contact lists.

1. Event & Exhibition Support

• Assist in planning and executing gallery events (launches, workshops, talks, tours).
• Support visitor management and event registration.
• Help prepare event materials such as signage, program sheets, and feedback forms.
• Document events through photos/videos.

1. Market Research & Audience Insights

• Conduct benchmarking studies on other art galleries and cultural institutions.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or any other related field.
