About The Role

Conduct and Evaluate weekly Ops new joiner and existing employee training
Coordinate with Ops leaders in training delivery
Facilitate Modul for Ops training (development)
Report directly to L&D Manager for any Ops Training Activity (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
Assisting L&D Department for Non-Ops Training if needed
Facilitate refreshment program if needed
Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
At least minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skills: Excellent Public Speaking, communication skill, presentation skills, confidence & team player
Excellent using Ms. Office, especially Power Point
Able to use Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro (Basic)
People’s Oriented
Willing to explore, learn and advice for training methods
