We are currently recruiting for Global S&OP Manager at our office in China .
As the Global S&OP Manager at Sinclair Pharma, you will own the endâtoâend Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the worldwide aesthetic and medicalâdevice supply chain. You are responsible for designing, rolling out, and continuously improving the S&OP governance framework, standard processes and related SOPs. You will drive alignment across sales, marketing, demand planning, production, procurement, logistics, finance and regional market teams to balance global demand, supply capacity, inventory and financial targets. You will act as subjectâmatter expert for global demandâsupply balancing, inventory optimization, scenario planning, and crossâfunctional coordination covering Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East, to support reliable product supply and workingâcapital improvement.
The ideal candidate will have
- 5â8 years progressive experience in S&OP, demandâsupply planning in global multinational environment.
- Direct working experience in pharmaceutical / medical device / aesthetic industry is required.
- Handsâon experience in building S&OP process framework, drafting SOPs, rollingâout S&OP governance across multiâregion organizations.
- Solid trackârecord of crossâfunctional facilitation, running S&OP review meetings and driving actionâitem closure.

What You'll Be Doing
S&OP Process Governance, System & Framework Establishment
- Design, streamline and continuously optimise the endâtoâend global S&OP process, build the overall institutional framework, formulate relevant SOPs, meeting rhythms, roleâresponsibility matrix and control mechanisms for global and regional S&OP activities.
- Drive process rollâout across all regions; identify process gaps, design preventive and corrective measures, and conduct process training for crossâfunctional stakeholders.
- Own S&OP meeting cadence: run monthly global S&OP executive review, preâS&OP working sessions, demand review, supply review and reconciliation meetings; prepare meeting agendas, materials, track action items and ensure closure.
- Establish and maintain S&OPârelated master data standards (demand master data, product segmentation, inventory policy parameters, forecast attribute definitions), collaborate with IT to embed S&OP logic in ERP / planning systems.
DemandâSupply Balancing & Global S&OP Execution
- Lead the integration of bottomâup regional sales demand input and topâdown business targets; facilitate consensus demand forecast across sales, marketing and finance.
- Evaluate global supply constraints including production capacity, rawâmaterial availability, manufacturing leadâtime, logistics bottlenecks and warehouse capacity; conduct supply feasibility assessment against consensus demand.
- Conduct scenarioâbased whatâif analysis for new product launches, promotion plans, seasonality, supply disruptions, material shortages and longâhaul logistics leadâtime changes.
- Resolve global demandâsupply mismatches; drive allocation decisions for constrained products, align with regional stakeholders on order fulfilment priority.
Inventory & WorkingâCapital Optimization
- Define global inventory policy framework including safetyâstock targets, minâmax parameters, slowâmoving / shortâexpiry inventory management rules aligned with financial KPIs.
- Monitor global inventory health, ageing stock, shelfâlife risk and OTIF performance via S&OP review; push relevant teams to take mitigation actions for excess and atârisk inventory.
- Bridge S&OP output with finance planning: align forecast, inventory projection, COGS and workingâcapital assumptions, support annual supplyâchain budget rolling forecast.
Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Build S&OP KPI dashboard covering forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turnover, serviceâlevel / OTIF, working capital, constraintâorder backlog.
- Analyse rootâcauses for forecast deviation, supply shortfall and inventory exceptions; drive continuous improvement initiatives for demand planning, supply responsiveness and crossâfunctional collaboration.
- Conduct periodic internal S&OP health assessment; identify process loopholes, update institutional framework and SOPs accordingly.
CrossâFunctional & Regional Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as core S&OP facilitator between global supply chain, regional commercial / sales & marketing, production, procurement, logistics, finance, QA/RA and local market subsidiaries.
- Drive alignment on newâproduct introduction (NPI) supply readiness, endâofâlife product phaseâout planning within S&OP cycles.
- Escalate material shortages, capacity bottlenecks and major demandâsupply risks to Global Supply Chain Director and senior leadership with recommended resolution options.
Your skills and experience
Education
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, International Business, Logistics or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Experience
- 5â8 years progressive experience in S&OP, demandâsupply planning in global multinational environment.
- Direct working experience in pharmaceutical / medical device / aesthetic industry is required.
- Handsâon experience in building S&OP process framework, drafting SOPs, rollingâout S&OP governance across multiâregion organizations.
- Solid trackârecord of crossâfunctional facilitation, running S&OP review meetings and driving actionâitem closure.
Technical Knowledge
- Expert knowledge of fullâcycle S&OP methodology: demand review, supply review, reconciliation, executive S&OP.
- Deep understanding of forecasting techniques, inventory optimization, scenario planning and workingâcapital management.
- Familiar with global medicalâdevice supplyâchain characteristics including batch production, shelfâlife / expiry management, NPI and product phaseâout.
- Practical experience with ERP & planning systems (SAP IBP / APO, Oracle or equivalent S&OP planning tools).
- Strong capability to build KPI dashboards and analyse forecast accuracy, inventory and serviceâlevel metrics.
Language & Soft Skills
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Excellent processâdesign capability, systematic thinking and attention to detail.
- Outstanding crossâfunctional influencing, facilitation and conflictâresolution skills; able to drive alignment without direct authority.
- Strong problemâsolving and rootâcause analysis capability.
