[What the role is]

The Enterprise Knowledge Department partners with other MAS departments to collect, manage and leverage on MAS’ knowledge and data assets, by formulating and implementing information and data governance policy. The department also works with the Technology Group to develop AI solutions for MAS.

[What you will be working on]

Use organisational software to retrieve information for cross-checking purposes
Interpret and extract relevant information from records of varying formats, including unstructured or incomplete documents, for data entry purposes
Perform data entry into spreadsheets for ingestion into the respective databases
Prepare and pack documents for disposal and maintain accurate disposal records
Carry out other ad hoc duties as requested by management

[What we are looking for]

Minimum O level qualifications
Experience in data entry involving unstructured or inconsistent source documents
Experience in managing data/information in a database, including spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of SAP BO Web Intelligence will be an advantage
Ability to perform some lifting and moving of boxes as required

This is a 1-year contract position. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
