What You'll Do

Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives.
Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics to ensure operational consistency and continuous improvement.
Monitor key process indicators and provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Analysis.
Knowledge of process mapping methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or related frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency and experience working in cross-functional environments.
