About The Role

Civil Engineer / Technologist – Roads & Transportation

Join our Roads & Transportation team and work on a diverse range of public and private sector infrastructure projects. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from inception and design through to construction management and project close-out.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer or Technologist with 3–7 years' experience in Roads & Transportation projects , strong Civil 3D skills, and practical exposure to civil engineering design and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct civil engineering designs for Roads & Transportation projects.
Assist with project and construction management.
Conduct site supervision and contract administration.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, clients and other stakeholders.
Manage aspects of multiple projects, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
Assist with tendering, project finance management and quality control.
Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Provide support to the Roads & Transportation Head of Department.

3–7 years' experience in civil engineering design and management of Roads & Transportation projects.
BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering, BTech, Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience in

Pavement Design
Geometric Design
Project/Construction Management
Contract Administration
Road Design and Supervision

Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD .
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Exposure to a variety of public and private sector Roads & Transportation projects.
Involvement across the full project lifecycle.
Work within a multidisciplinary built environment team.
