Job Description

This role transfers specialist product information, system skills and in-depth process knowledge through coaching, development and delivery of technical training to new and existing staff.

The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

This role facilitates and assists with delivery, design, development and assessment of learning interventions.

Transfers specialist information and knowledge, system skills, in-depth process knowledge and above all, a passion for customer-focused service, through attentive coaching and developing of staff skills.

Liaising closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that coaching and performance levels are optimized.

The individual has to be target driven.

Fully multi-skilled across products and processes.

Has extensive, relevant experience in Call Centre sales, Credit policy and Lending products.

Acts as a support person and / or point of escalation for project queries/issues.
