As a Customer Service Associate at International Distributors, Inc. , you will play a critical role in fostering positive customer relationships and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Facilitate orders, returns, and exchanges as necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
