Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

1. Desk + Database Development

• Conduct market mapping for construction, engineering, and infrastructure roles in the Philippines.
• Identify hiring trends, talent availability, benchmarks, and competitor insights.

1. Talent Acquisition & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction roles (white-collar and junior positions)
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and networking/forums.
• Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche construction roles.
• Conduct/Joint interviews, offers, and onboarding (with HR Operations) to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

1. Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to understand workforce planning and project requirements.
• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain high service standards and meet delivery timelines.

1. Process & Team Support

• Define recruitment workflows, best practices, and KPIs for the construction desk.
• Contribute to training and mentoring junior recruiter as the desk grows.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal recruitment policies.
