Execute scale-up activities that transition new and revised products into production by preparing process parameters, trial plans, and run sheets; coordinating pre-launch trials and data capture; and confirming stable performance against yield, cost, and specs prior to release

Apply mixing and dispersion science to achieve repeatable batch performance by selecting impeller types and speeds, controlling addition sequences and temperatures, and documenting set points that improve material homogeneity, batch-to-batch consistency, and resource utilization

Standardize critical processes to protect First Pass Yield (FPY) and product quality by creating and updating work instructions and control plans, running Statistical Process Control (SPC), and implementing adjustments that maintain capabilities and minimize nonconformances

Perform process validation to defined acceptance criteria and documentation standards by executing protocols, collecting and analyzing results, and compiling complete, traceable records that demonstrate conformance to internal and ISO quality-system requirements

Resolve process-related customer issues with durable, evidence-based actions by conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective changes to parameters or work orders, verifying effectiveness through targeted re-tests, and closing records within agreed timelines

Maintain accurate technical documentation and change traceability for processes by producing flow diagrams, PFMEAs, and control plans; updating validation files; and submitting controlled changes that align bills of material, work instructions, and route steps

Established in 1980 as Dymax, the past forty years have been dedicated to innovation, growth, and diversification. Presently, Bachmann Chemical & Engineering stands as the backbone of its dynamic family of brands: Dymax, Bomar, Electronic Coating Technologies, and ALEO, collectively serving niche markets.

As a privately held company operating under the stewardship of the second generation, our roots run deep. With a global team that surpasses 500 talented team members, we have established our presence in key locations across the globe, including the United States, Canada, Germany, Ireland, China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Singapore.

Our journey began when visionaries Andy and Clai Bachmann pioneered the development of light-curable adhesives, starting in their home in northwestern Connecticut. Over the years, Dymax has secured over 30 patents for revolutionary rapid light-curable materials and a complementary portfolio of precision dispensing and curing equipment. In 1990, Bomar was acquired to support global formulators with innovative oligomer product development. In 2018, the acquisition of Electronic Coating Technologies (ECT) added in-house application services to help customers protect electronics with comprehensive manufacturing, supply, and design solutions. Building on this legacy of innovation, ALEO was introduced in 2023, offering groundbreaking, integrated LED engineering equipment solutions.
