Job Description

Assist in the design and optimization of automated testing equipment according to supervisor instructions to enhance production line testing efficiency.
Support the installation, calibration, and functional verification of testing equipment for new product introduction, ensuring the equipment can smoothly support mass production.
Perform routine equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain stable operation of production line equipment.
Assist in collecting and analyzing abnormal equipment data, and provide preliminary improvement suggestions based on standard operating procedures.
Draft and update equipment operation manuals, maintenance records, and related technical documents according to existing templates.
Collaborate with senior engineers to promote equipment automation projects, learn and implement new technologies.
Assist in training production line operators on the correct use and maintenance of testing equipment.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to assist in resolving equipment technical issues as instructed.
