• 6–9 years of progressive HR experience in a People Partner, HRBP, or Employee Relations role.
• Strong employee relations instincts - you know how to hold a difficult conversation and reach a fair outcome.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
• Experience supporting talent development, career frameworks, and performance processes.
• Comfortable working in a lean team where you own your domain end-to-end.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• You're energised by the complexity of people and organisations - no two situations are the same and that's what keeps you engaged.
• You give advice that leaders actually take because it's grounded, practical, and delivered with confidence.
