• Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience in Hospitality industry.
• Minimum 7 years’ in progressively more responsible F&B operations roles / similar experience in a

5-star hospitality industry.

• Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
• Proven multi-disciplinary experience.
• Expert F&B operations and product knowledge.
