About The Role

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for trackwork and railway projects.
Conduct inspections and tests on trackwork components and railway systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Manage and maintain the company's quality management system for trackwork and railway projects.
Develop and deliver training programs on quality control and assurance specific to trackwork and railway projects.
Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall trackwork and railway quality and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree in any Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering
Good understanding in ISO standard for ISO 9000, 14000, and18000
Railway project experience is a plus.
