About The Role

The position is based in Borg AlArab - Alexandria. As an Industrial Project Engineer (maintenance background), you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our FMCG business. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage industrial engineering projects, ensuring they are completed within the specified timelines and budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and procurement, to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize mechanical systems and processes, enhancing overall operational efficiency. BSC Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and English level B2 are a must. Experience range 5 to 10 years.

Manage and execute mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize mechanical systems and processes.
Ensure projects are completed within specified timelines and budgets.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and provide support.
Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with projects.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on mechanical power engineering.
Project management training and experience are highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using relevant engineering software and tools.
Willingness to travel for site visits and project-related activities.
