About The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding-team generalist role at a bootstrapped consumer healthtech company entering a large, underserved market in Germany. You'll work directly alongside the founder, owning the problems that determine whether the company wins — and what you build here will define the category.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work side by side with the founder on the highest-priority problems each week, regardless of function.
  • Own workstreams end to end — from first principles through to something shipped and measurable.
  • Move fluidly between commercial, operational, and product work as priorities shift, often within the same week.
  • Build structure where none exists, then adapt it as the company grows.
  • Apply AI and automation as a default working method, not an afterthought.
  • Make decisions quickly with incomplete information and course-correct fast.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A track record that demonstrates you operate at a genuinely different level — the résumé is not the filter, evidence of impact is.
  • Experience building or shipping products and solutions from concept to delivery in resource-constrained or startup environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute at high velocity and deliver results on compressed timelines.
  • Experience working directly with founders or senior executives in an operational, strategic, or advisory capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with AI automation tools, workflows, or deployment.
  • Ability to synthesise complex information, isolate core problems, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Comfort in unstructured, early-stage settings where the roadmap shifts and nobody hands you a brief.
  • Background in management consulting or prior healthcare industry experience is a plus, but neither is required.
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) is a hard requirement.
  • Local work authorisation in Germany is required — visa sponsorship is not available.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary of €70,000–€100,000 annually, open at the upper end depending on seniority, plus a meaningful equity component that is a real part of the package.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days a week. Relocation is welcome.
