About The Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Lead Wheelchair Agent, to fulfill airline passenger service obligations for passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance.
Shift- Open Availability; Willing to work any shift
Passenger services positions are very customer service-oriented and “tipping” is allowed and customary. Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary customer service are known to increase their earning potential between $25–$100 per week.
Pay: $23.88/hr
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

- The Gate Coordinator position will be staffed during the station's operational period.
- Your punctuality is extremely important and necessary for the smooth operation of the Wheelchair department.
- The Gate Coordinator must follow the General Employee Conduct policy and all Standard operating procedures necessary to complete the job as detailed.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Oversee and perform wheelchair service including pre-boards to all passengers at your assigned zone.
- Report performance issues to the Supervisor
- Check equipment including Aisle chairs daily at your assigned zone.
- Relay communication between team members, client, customers, and management
Required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One (1) year of lead customer service experience
