Job Description

Direct Medics are working in partnership with an NHS Trust based in Warrington to find an experienced and dedicated Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy leadership and support to Diabetes and Endocrinology services. Post may also provide support to Halton when required.

Monday - Friday, 08:45 - 17:00, maternity leave contract.

Requirements

GPhC Registered Pharmacist.
Post grad Diploma/MSc or advanced professional practice, knowledge and training.
Significant post registration experience as a Clinical Pharmacist within a NHS Hospital setting.
Independent prescriber
Full UK drivers license and access to a car
Right to live and work in the UK
