Job Summary

The role of Contra Financial Analyst will be responsible for Contra Revenue Analysis. The role actively drives the forecasting process, aligning with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancement.

Responsibilities

Performs moderately complex financial analysis that is either transactional or analytical in nature, for specific functions or business units.
Conducts appropriate financial analysis to determine trends, observe relationships and develop ratios used in forecast models.
Ensures compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies and the integrity of external and internal reporting.
Actively participate in internal and external audits (including SOX)
Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for Business Finance, CEE Market Contra Team and other stakeholders.
Support Month End Close activities, including reporting and compliance
Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

We offer

The base pay range for this role is 108050 PLN to 163800 PLN gross annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically

granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by

the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under

its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility,

working conditions, experience and work location.
