Advisor and Group Financial Controller

• Strengthen financial management practices across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Support business decisions by providing accurate and timely financial analysis and insights.
• Improve financial performance through cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and efficient resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA).
• Over 20 years of experience in finance, business planning, and financial management, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions, governance, and business transformation.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
