Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of Gallery HBX and its stockroom to keep everything running smoothly.
• Merchandise and display products as directed, ensuring the floor is always presentable, on-brand, and shopper-ready.
• Deliver courteous, professional, and genuinely engaged service to every customer, handling enquiries with confidence.
• Represent the Hypebeast & HBX image at all times through your presentation, product knowledge, and interactions on the floor.
• Take on ad hoc tasks and pitch in wherever the team needs support.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for fashion; prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong alignment with the Hypebeast & HBX image - presentation, attitude, and an authentic feel for the brand and community.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the initiative to take ownership.
• Outgoing, responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A real understanding of street culture and familiarity with the Hypebeast & HBX background.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week (highly preferred).
