Business Development Representative

What We’re Looking For

• ● Accent-neutral, highly fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills
• ● A clear, confident, professional telephone manner
• ● Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, business development, or telemarketing
• ● Comfortable speaking with senior executives and business owners
• ● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• ● Able to follow a sales script while sounding natural rather than robotic
• ● Comfortable handling objections and maintaining composure during challenging calls
• ● Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• ● Strong attention to detail when documenting call activity and outcomes

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling to or communicating with business owners, executives, or senior
• decision-makers will be highly advantageous.
• Experience with Pipedrive, Airtable, or similar CRM/database systems is also a plus. The
• campaign will primarily use Airtable.
