About The Role

Generates and manages the cycle count calendar according to the latest Inventory Accuracy guideline .
Performs ABC classification for the purpose of generating the cycle count calendar.
Provides methodological support to the cycle count administrator and warehouse accountants.
Analyzes discrepancies between physical and system inventory balances according to the limits defined in the Inventory Accuracy guideline.
Monitors and reports Inventory Accuracy performance (hit rate/absolute variance) and escalates recurring discrepancies.
Ensures formal root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies using Ishikawa and 5 Why methodologies.
Proposes corrective actions to prevent inventory discrepancies and prepares A3 reports for the most significant variances.
Collaborates cross-functionally with departments (Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance) to optimize warehouse processes.
Participates in quarterly Excess & Obsolete analysis and planned scrapping activities.
Participates in and supports the organization of the annual physical inventory.
Ensures the accuracy of inventory transactions in Oracle EBS.
