About the Role

We're hiring a Full Cycle Sales / Intake Closer to own our lead intake process end-to-end — from first outreach through qualification, nurturing, and close. You'll work leads related to consumer credit report issues, qualify them for case viability, and either close independently or set qualified appointments with attorneys.

Responsibilities

Full lead intake flow, end-to-end
Immediate outreach to inbound leads via drip campaigns
Qualification calls to assess case viability
Filtering out unqualified leads based on defined criteria
Nurturing leads and setting appointments with attorneys
Independently closing qualified leads
Real-time responsiveness in Slack

Requirements

Sales experience: lead nurturing, follow-ups, and closing
Familiarity with intake/qualification workflows
Comfort helping build out processes and best practices in an evolving, early-stage environment
Strong communication skills — you don't sound like a call center script
High EQ and the ability to build genuine rapport with everyday consumers
Critical thinking — you can make judgment calls on lead quality, not just follow a checklist
Self-starter mentality
